Dark Chocolate in your diet
A few weeks ago my personal trainer recommended including dark chocolate for my meal programme. Needless to say I was happy that its chocolate.
I was sceptical at first but then , after a few weeks with the plan I could see why it's a good thing to have dark chocolate in your diet.
First it's mood enhancing and it helps against having bad mood while trying to cut down food. I am prone to that and I'm pretty sure many of us are too.
Second, theres no danger of over indulgence as Dark chocolate is bitter and tart. It's totally opposite of eating chips. Chips you have one and you can't stop eating because the saltiness encourage you to chew more chips in order to generate more saliva , making it a vicous eating cycle.
Dark Chocolate is bitter. Anything that leaves a tarty feeling in the mouth discourage the need to continue eating.
To achieve the bitterness, you should try to eat either the 75% coca content chocolate, 85% cocoa content chocolate or if you're really serious about it 99% cocoa content. I had the slowest time to finish the 99% bar, almost a week before i finish it. I found that 85% is the right middle.
Have fun!

Great food to compliment your work out. Hummus taste like peanut butter but more savory and healthy. Its a Saviour , makes a great dip for celery and has only about 30 calories per tablespoon.
