A good morning breakfast

Come to think of it, my problem is I don't have proper breakfast for years. I couldn't get myself to take breakfast for 5 days straight!

Here is what my personal trainer recommended for breakfast

A bowl of Cornflakes , Bananas and Orange Juice
but i reckon all the ones below is healthy too isn't it?
